Overview
These SMS Marketing Terms govern the text messaging program offered by Fine Wines Health, Inc. ("Fine Wines Health"). By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. These terms are designed to comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state mini-TCPA laws, the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier requirements.
How to Enroll
You can enroll by:

What Messages You May Receive
The program may send: promotional offers, new product announcements, event invitations, and content updates. Transactional messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, and security notifications, are sent separately and are not covered by marketing opt-outs.
Message Frequency

The program is available to U.S. residents aged eighteen or older who own or control the mobile number provided. You represent that you have the right to authorize messages to the number you submit.
Privacy
We use the mobile number and message content you provide to deliver the program and improve our Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers or text-message content. We share them only with service providers that operate the messaging platform under confidentiality obligations.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue the program at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the program or our website. Your continued participation after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
