Overview
These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern recurring memberships and product subscriptions offered by Fine Wines Health, Inc. ("Fine Wines Health," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Fine Wines Collective membership and any subscribe-and-save product plans. These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms & Conditions and are designed to comply with the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), the California Automatic Renewal Law, and comparable state statutes.
Clear Enrollment Disclosure
At checkout, before you enroll, we will clearly disclose:
- The price of the subscription and any introductory or promotional price.
- The billing frequency (for example, monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- The length of the initial term and the automatic renewal term.
- The cancellation mechanism and how to obtain a refund where applicable.
- Whether shipping, taxes, or other fees are included.
You must affirmatively accept these terms by checking a box or clicking a clearly labeled enrollment button before any charge is made.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency disclosed at checkout (for example, every thirty days) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize Fine Wines Health to charge the payment method on file for each renewal without further notice except as required by law. If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your subscription, or terminate your access until payment is received.
Renewal Reminders
For subscriptions billed annually, and where otherwise required by law, we will send a renewal reminder by email at least fifteen and no more than forty-five days before the renewal date, including the renewal price and cancellation instructions. For monthly subscriptions, renewal reminders are not generally required but may be sent at our discretion.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you at least thirty days' prior notice by email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the price takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already billed, except as required by law or as expressly provided in our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. You can cancel by:
- Visiting your account dashboard and selecting "Cancel Subscription."
- Emailing support@finewineshealth.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription."
- Using the cancellation link included in any renewal reminder email.
- Calling [toll-free number] during our published support hours.
Cancellation is available through the same medium used to enroll, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's "click-to-cancel" principles. We will confirm cancellation by email within one business day.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a subscription includes a free trial or promotional period, we will disclose the trial length, the conversion date, the price after conversion, and how to cancel before being charged. You must cancel before the conversion date to avoid being charged the full price. Promotional offers may be limited to first-time customers.
Refunds
Subscription fees for services already delivered (including consultations, membership access periods, and digital content access) are generally non-refundable. Product subscription shipments may be returnable under our Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy. Statutory rights, including those under the California Automatic Renewal Law, remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and where required by law, will take effect only after your continued use or affirmative acceptance.
