Our Commitment to Honest Marketing
Fine Wines Health, Inc. ("Fine Wines Health") is committed to honest, accurate marketing that complies with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and related consumer-protection laws. This page describes how we use testimonials, reviews, endorsements, and influencer partnerships, and the disclosures we make so you can evaluate the material you see.
Customer Testimonials
Testimonials featured on our website, emails, social media, and printed materials reflect the genuine experiences of real customers. Individual results vary, and the experiences described are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Factors unique to you, such as your health profile, lifestyle, and adherence to guidance from your clinician, will influence your outcome.
- Testimonial subjects have given us written permission to feature their story.
- We do not edit testimonials in ways that change their meaning. Minor edits for clarity or length may be made.
- Where a testimonial subject received something of value (for example, free product, discounted services, or payment), we disclose the material connection near the testimonial.
Reviews
Product reviews on our site come from verified customers. We do not write, edit, or delete reviews except to remove content that violates our content policies (for example, reviews containing personal attacks, unlawful content, or off-topic material). We do not offer compensation in exchange for positive reviews.
Influencer and Creator Partnerships
When a creator, influencer, or affiliate promotes our Services or products under a paid or sponsored arrangement, we require them to clearly and conspicuously disclose the relationship. Typical disclosure language includes "#ad," "Paid partnership with Fine Wines Health," or a similar tag required by the platform on which the content appears. We maintain a creator agreement that describes the disclosure obligations, prohibited claims, and required accuracy of product descriptions.
Clinical and Expert Endorsements
Where a clinician, researcher, or other subject-matter expert endorses the Services, we disclose whether the expert is compensated, is an employee or contractor of Fine Wines Health, or has a financial interest in the company. Medical claims made by clinicians must be supported by competent and reliable evidence.
Results Not Typical
Any specific outcomes described in marketing materials (for example, symptom improvement, timelines, satisfaction) represent the experience of the individuals described and may not be typical of all users. Wellness, telehealth, and product results vary by person.
Supplement Claims
Statements regarding our dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any structure/function claims are supported by the literature we reference, but individual results depend on many factors.
Reporting Concerns
If you see a testimonial, review, or marketing claim that you believe is inaccurate or misleading, please email legal@finewineshealth.com. We investigate each report and take corrective action where warranted.
